Due to supply issues with the availability of Red Tuna, we are currently using Bluefin Tuna. Also, due to a supply issue with Anago, we are now using Unagi. We only use local Uni for its freshness and sweetness. Uni is seasonal so availability may be limited.
Unlike many other restaurants, our Tamago sushi is made in-house by Yoshi.
